Our Vision for the future
Product businesses are inherently more scalable than people or service businesses.
Our vision is that in 10 years’ time, Underdawgs will have a hugely successful services arm. But we’ll have an even more successful venture arm. This is why we are using our own talent and frameworks to build our own ventures internally.
We will hold large equity stakes in these ventures. That said, we also believe in sharing the pie and building strategic partnerships with established players in any market we enter.

We must be able to ship a full MVP within 3 months. This means a solid working product that nails the key jobs to be done of our target personas.

We build ventures where software can solve the problems our personas have. It ensures a scaleable business from day one.
Revenue generating from the outset
All of our ventures must generate revenue from day one of launch. No ifs, no buts.
Strategic collaborations
Where possible, we seek to partner with established organisations within the industry we are entering. This accelerates our growth rate from market entry and enables us to build a more robust venture with industry insiders.
Use the latest technology
Where it makes sense. We believe in bleeding edge technology but only use it if we can solve those problems better than existing technology.
