Have you enjoyed working with Underdawgs? If so, what stood out the most?

The thing that I’ve enjoyed most about working with Underdawgs is the open and frequent of communication that keeps me updated and informed about how the project is going.

One of the very best things is the way that Underdawgs have managed to explain to me exactly what they are doing when it becomes quite complex behind the scenes, in respect to things like the build and feasibility of various functionality that I want.

I’m impressed by all the work that’s being done; the logic that’s applied to make a complex platform work has been very impressive.

They haven’t given up, and they’ve always been dedicated to dealing with the problems that are at hand and they’ve solved them.

Have Underdawgs made your life easier?

This one is clear to me - the USP that I personally bring to this project is my knowledge of the legacy industry that we are trying to disrupt. On the other hand, I didn’t approach Underdawgs with a deep understanding of the digital environment. With that said, they have been amazing at dealing with this. Rather than patronise or treat me as stupid on the digital side of things, Underdawgs have helped me understand those digital nuances. Without their help, I wouldn’t have and I appreciate it enormously.

Underdawgs are more of a partner of mine in this process than a sub-contractor. That is extremely valuable to someone like me.

Have you felt supported?

Underdawgs have gone above and beyond in terms of support. I think that the thing that Underdawgs have done, particularly Rami, is to keep the process flowing.

This kind of project can be inclined to stagnate given there are so many moving parts. What Underdawgs have done is keep the project going without badgering, without chasing and without being unreasonable.

This project is succeeding for this very reason.

Every team member that I’ve had contact with has been immensely helpful, extremely courteous, hardworking and dedicated to finding a solution. When a solution isn’t immediately found, I like the positivity that both Rami and Underdawgs as a company, exude. They simply say, we’re not sure but we’ll put some suggestions together and come back to you.
